This scientific journal adheres to the standards established by the Observatorio Ñuble Foundation's directory to ensure transparency in the dissemination of contributions and the resolution of associated conflicts. The editorial team is committed to overseeing that all involved parties—editors, peer reviewers, and authors—fully comply with ethical standards throughout the editorial process required for the arbitration of articles.

The names and email addresses provided to this journal will be used exclusively for the purposes stated and will not be shared with third parties or used for other purposes.

The Editorial Committee and any member participating in the editorial process of Avante Journal are prohibited from disclosing or making public any information about manuscripts submitted for evaluation. Furthermore, the following aspects must be ensured:

Peer Reviewers' Responsibilities:

  • Declare any conflicts of interest or inability to evaluate.
  • Strictly adhere to the journal's evaluation policies.
  • Respond to requests and submit evaluations on time.
  • Conduct a thorough and rigorous evaluation, reflecting their level of expertise.
  • Respect the confidentiality of information related to the editorial process.

The editorial team members, along with the academic and scientific committee members of Avante Journal, carry out their roles on a fully voluntary basis without financial compensation for their services. This voluntary commitment reflects their dedication and enthusiasm for advancing knowledge in their respective fields. Digital Preservation Policy:

Avante Journal ensures the long-term availability of its content by uploading articles to Zenodo, an open repository providing free access and guaranteeing the preservation of scientific research and data.

Important:

In compliance with Chilean Ministry of Health Regulation 57 (2001), established under Law 20.120 to govern the execution of clinical trials, any reviewer and/or editor may request, if deemed relevant, a report or certificate from Research Ethics Committees. This regulation mandates that all clinical studies must be reviewed and approved by a competent ethics committee, ensuring the protection of the rights, safety, and well-being of research participants.
