This study addresses sustainability in the Chilean textile industry through a perspective focused on project management and collaboration between the State and the private sector through competitive funds. Cases of projects financed by programs such as Capital Semilla and Abeja, supported by organizations such as SERCOTEC and entrepreneurship support centers, are analyzed. The research employs a qualitative approach, highlighting how these financial tools have driven innovation in recycling and sustainable design. The results indicate that public-private collaboration, together with effective project management, improves both the performance of multidisciplinary teams and the use of resources, driving professional development and sustainability. The findings highlight the importance of competitive funds in the adoption of sustainable practices and the crucial role of project management in coordinating these efforts.
