Importance of research seedbeds as a formative research strategy and their contribution to the comprehensive training of future graduates – case of the Technological Institution Colegio Mayor de Bolívar.

Abstract

This research aimed to show the importance of research seedbeds as a formative research strategy and their contribution to the training of future graduates, since it allows students to develop personal, professional and civic skills, which will be reflected in their academic, work, business and social activities. For its development, a descriptive research was carried out, with a deductive method, the population was made up of seed students from the Faculty of Administration and Tourism of the Technological Institution Colegio Mayor de Bolívar, the collection of information was carried out through a survey, the results of which evidenced the significant contributions generated by this process in students such as verbal and non-verbal skills, literacy, listening, conflict resolution, emotional validation and assertive and empathic communication. Participation in research hotbeds contributes to improving the self-esteem, self-confidence and leadership of the future professional, making them part of the solution and not of the problems of today’s society
