THEORETICAL CONTRIBUTIONS OF EMOTIONAL EDUCATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL FIELD

Abstract

This article presents reflections, from theoretical approaches of specialists and researchers of the Emotional Education construct and its importance in educational fields.
Emotional Education currently stands as a fundamental component in areas related to teaching-learning processes, which in turn allows the development of training processes that tend to train a subject that responds to current demands. In these guidelines, school coexistence places the subject as the center in the development of skills and abilities that allow an optimal development in their role in today's society. In the formative, the teacher assumes a fundamental role, since it will be the one that directs processes that allow the student to advance in the education and management of his emotionality, which is directly linked with the school performance and with the integral formation of the latter.
