Regular Issue: We present articles that review methodology in the areas of training and the country's political development, articles originating from various national and international universities and institutions.

It is important to acknowledge that, as part of our editorial work plan for 2020, we encountered the COVID-19 pandemic. Although this was not part of our planned submission schedule, we felt it was necessary to acknowledge the contributions we received. Therefore, we are including an article on this topic, as we urgently need to respond to the many new dilemmas and difficulties that will arise in this new reality that this year has taught us.
